Section 239
The priority of those entitled to the grant is

(1) Subject to the other clauses of this paragraph, the order of priority of the nearest rightful claimants shall be as follows:-
(a) Spouse of Sagol,
(b) Sagol's son, daughter, widow daughter-in-law,
(c) Sagol's father, mother, stepmother, grandson, granddaughter, granddaughter-in-law, (d) Divorced husband, wife, son, daughter, father, mother, stepmother,
(e) Grandsons, granddaughters,
of different sons (f) Variant baje, bajei,
(G) Sagol's Jijubaje, Jijubajyai, brother, brother, sister, sister, widow sister-in-law or brother-in-law
(h) Sagol's uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces,
(i) Divorced brother, brother, sister, sister, widowed sister-in-law or brother-in-law.
(2) When the application of a person is open, the person in the order of priority in sub-section (1) will not be entitled to the application unless the person in the order of priority is the first.
(3) According to sub-section (1), if there is more than one right holder of the same order of priority, all of them will get equal compensation.
(4) If any of the right holders in the priority order to receive the grant as per sub-section (3) does not want to get the grant, the other right holders of the same order and if any of the right holders in such order also do not want to get the grant, the right holders in the next order will get the grant.
